TITLE: Product Marketing Associate
DEPARTMENT: Product Marketing Date: May 2021
FLSA: Non-Exempt LOCATION: West Palm Beach, FL
The Product Marketing Team is responsible for providing presentation materials to the Intech client relations, consultant relations, business development and client portfolio management teams. The department’s main focus is to provide high quality, timely and accurate marketing materials to Intech relationship managers worldwide.
The Product Marketing Associate helps develop, maintain and distribute investment content and detailed firm/product information in support of client service and new business efforts globally. The role requires a technologically savvy individual with a high level of efficiency and keen attention to detail.
Primarily supports the internal investment teams, including regular creation, maintenance, production, and timely distribution of presentation content for client and consultant reviews, sales presentations, due diligence meetings, conferences and other marketing collateral for both the domestic and global channels.
Builds a strong rapport with Intech relationship managers by understanding their marketing content needs and proactively supporting their external relationships.
Helps maintain presentation templates and develop and update complex, data-driven investment content.
Operates and develops Seismic presentation automation software including the buildout, implementation and maintenance of the marketing library; working knowledge of basic coding principals a plus.
Assists in creating and maintaining a full suite of marketing collateral with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of aesthetic presentation.
Develops solutions to complex problems and ensures that solutions are consistent with organizational practices and objectives; reviews recommended solutions and decisions with the manager.
Applies corporate design standards across a variety of marketing materials in adherence to current branding initiatives.
Collaborates closely with the compliance department to ensure regulatory requirements are satisfied and documented, and that all presentations have current approval.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must be very detail-oriented and conscientious.
Highly motivated individual with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities during periods of heavy workload and short- and long-term deadlines, adjusting as unexpected requests arise. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly grasp proprietary software applications including basic database concepts and management required; experience with Seismic or similar presentation automation software a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; knowledge of advanced Word functionality a plus.
Ability to work with complex spreadsheets in the creation and maintenance of charts/graphs to be used in internal and external presentations required; knowledge of advanced Excel formulas including lookup functions and investment statistical calculations a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and review financial data for accuracy and reasonableness.
Strong desire for continuously improving work processes for quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work well in a team environment while managing work independently and with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working in a collaborative corporate environment.
Willingness to learn new things in both formal and informal on-the-job training environments as required.
Interest in equity investing and the equity management business.
Meaningful work experience in a corporate environment desired.
Experience within a financial services, investment management, or consulting setting a plus.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Advanced technical training in relevant software programs a plus.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Overtime may be required on short notice and may include weekend/evening hours.
General knowledge of office equipment use, such as PC, telephone, printer, etc.
Physical production (printing, binding, shipping) of presentation materials.
