Overview of the role
As a PA/EA you will provide all-encompassing administrative and secretarial support to your manager and some wider teams. The role will involve dealing with senior executives globally and requires an organised, efficient PA who has prior experience working at a senior level, preferably in financial services.
Duties and responsibilities
Be responsible for extensive diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, calls and video conferences across multiple time zones.
Monitor and manage inboxes, including printing of papers for meetings and responding or sending emails where necessary
Ensure your manager is prepared for meetings by putting together relevant documents and organising prep sessions as required
Ensure your manager completes tasks and actions on time
Help to collate management information for Board papers
Liaise with Corporate Secretariat regarding Board meetings and papers
Arrange international travel
Prepare expense claims
Manage internal systems and databases within the team
Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the wider team
Provide cover for other administrative roles in the team
Carry out additional duties as assigned
Technical skills and qualifications
Previous PA or administrative experience working at a senior level
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience of using applications such as Condeco, ONEaccess or similar systems an advantage
Knowledge of Bloomberg or other market data platforms also useful
Financial services experience preferred but not essential
