Your opportunity
Manage end-to-end work, from collecting requirements, design changes, implement them and promote them to the live system under direction of the SAP product owner
Work within the established change framework to ensure appropriate prioritization and testing of changes
Continuously and proactively seek improvement to the system by understanding customers’ activities and challenges
Become a trusted business partner by customers and one of the main points of contact for queries/issues in the SAP Finance Systems
Accountable for all SAP interface systems integration to multiple 3rd party systems. Responsible for design, configuration, testing, and documentation, including functional specifications
Provide end user support and training as required
Produce documentation for design, testing, and support of both users and administrators
Conduct periodic system reviews with key stakeholders and proactively follow-up on activities
Liaise with the Basis / Security / ABAP developers as required
Work using the Agile methodology and leverage collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, AHA, ServiceNow, teams)
Support internal and external audit requests
Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills
Strong knowledge of SAP Finance Systems and SAP FICO configuration
Requirements gathering, scoping activities, solution design/presenting options and creating functional specifications
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience of configuring and developing solutions based on specifications
Support of business-as-usual operations, including completion of month, quarter and year end finance close
Experience with ancillary systems and vendor invoice management
Confident and Professional in working with senior members of accounting / business stakeholders
Good level of accounting knowledge
Project management skills to meet deliverables timely and efficiently
Write test scripts, perform testing and conduct defect resolution
Maintains and enhances the SAP Financials modules including: FI (AR,AP,GL), CO.
Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Nice to have skills
Configuration and understanding the Finance system landscape, including Basware, Revport, Xactly, SAP Concur
Knowledge of operations, front office, risk, performance team activities
Experience working on a global team and with stakeholders across the globe
Knowledge of SFTP, Autosys, File transfers, and mapping of interfaces
SAP ABAP skills, debugging, technical specifications, code writing, code review
CIMA, ACCA
