Your opportunity
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in linking our financial management with our business strategy. You will provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making and strategy development across various departments. Your expertise will help in driving business performance, enhancing profitability, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the company.
This role reports to Director, Business Finance and has 1 Direct Report
Business Partnering support to CFO, Heads of HR, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Strategy, Chief Responsibility Officer
Functional budgeting and forecasting
Co-ordination of functional efficiency savings and incremental spend requests
Monthly expense and headcount reporting
Transactional analysis, investigation and deep dive analysis where required
Extensive use of analytical tool Power BI
Participate in projects to enhance or improve the use of the finance platform
Ad hoc analysis as required by Head of FP&A and Business Finance and Director, Business Finance
Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Partnering with Senior Stakeholders
Strong financial modelling skills
Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational/administrative management skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have skills
Proficient with Power BI
Able to work independently to research, analyse, synthesize, and present complex qualitative and quantitative data clearly
Able to understand the objectives and priorities of the business
Ability to work efficiently within a global team
