You will be responsible for the development strategy of our ServiceNow Platform as well as day to day development activities. You will support the maintenance and improvement of current processes and the development and implementation of future process work.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will:
Implement strategy of code reuse and simplification – reducing time to market for new and existing workflows
Be accountable for ServiceNow development standards
Develop core ITIL processes as well as manage life cycle of cloud upgrades to ensure platform is current, stable and secure
Act as an expert in Incident, Problem, Request, Access, Change, Asset and Configuration Management
Assume additional duties as assigned
Technical Skills and Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent workplace experience
3+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow Platform
ITIL V3 Foundation and ServiceNow Admin Certifications
Experience with IntegrationHub and other ServiceNow integrations such as LDAP, SSO, etc.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
Expert in Orchestration
Extensive JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services and PowerShell skills, working with ServiceNows’ server APIs and with Service Portal development
Knowledgeable with update set promotion
Competencies Required

Work Environment
PC usage up to 100% of the time.
Office equipment such as telephone, copier, and fax machines, etc.
May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week, may include weekend/evening/holiday hours.
