You will be responsible for providing end to end financial support to the Investments organization. You will serve as a partner to senior business leaders recommending well thought out financial decisions based on data and analysis. The Investments organization is a large global team with many budget owners that this role must support effectively and efficiently. In this role you have the opportunity to guide and influence one of the most visible divisions in the company.

Duties and responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop budgets and forecasts on an annual, quarterly, and as needed

  • Reviews, analyzes and reports monthly expenses to Investments leaders, highlighting risks and opportunities

  • Build and assess profitability analyses on an ongoing basis using advanced modeling techniques; make recommendations to business leaders on opportunities to drive financial success

  • Work closely with business leaders to develop and analyze metrics to measure financial and operational performance

  • Find opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

  • Prepares standard and customized financial reports when needed

  • Supports cross-functional special projects

  • Proactively identify and solve problems that may be complex in nature

  • Support broader FP&A and Business Finance team deliverables

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Technical skills and qualifications

  • Three to five years financial analysis experience required

  • Investment Management industry experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent required

  • MBA or post-graduate degree a plus

  • Advanced computer skills, emphasizing MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP)

  • Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets

  • Understanding of issues relating to market abuse and anti-money laundering
