You will work closely with business partners in distribution and investments across the organization to understand requirements, and develop/implement and deliver a strategic and aligned firm-wide approach to presentations production, including content updates and data maintenance, traffic management and quality control. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and experienced leadership across a global organization, managing key stakeholder relationships, setting high achievement expectations and delivering results. You will coordinate closely with the presentations development and visualization team to ensure content alignment and adherence to standards are met.

Duties and responsibilities

  • You will:

  • Build and document standard process workflow and reoccurring production schedule for product pitch books and client review presentations, including content updates and data maintenance, traffic management and quality control

  • Handle multiple work streams for varying degree of project scope

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with status reporting and communication to senior leaders

  • Display regional team leadership and people management skills

  • Have experience coordinating new distribution tools and solutions (Seismic live docs) with systematic design, and implementation for automation and improved sales enablement

  • Act as a strategic manager and coordinate effectively with resources within product team, and across internal business partner groups including; investments, procurement, enterprise risk, legal and compliance

  • Work on automation, integration with existing systems and work flow processes with global compliance

  • Continue professional development of business acumen of financial and asset management industry

  • Effectively understand, gather, coordinate and manage data use

  • Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness

  • Facilitate project management through use of corporate workflow and records retention systems

  • Assist team by obtaining and compiling key information, and researching and resolving potential issues

  • Maintain records retention standards of completed marketing materials and other required information

  • Actively improve own knowledge of investment industry and asset management business, with a focus on the firm’s various asset classes (equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, exchange-traded) and global distribution channels (wholesale, institutional, retirement)

Supervisory responsibilities

  • You will supervise and support 1-2 Jr. staff members

Technical skills and qualifications

  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  • Computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Publisher

  • Analytics systems knowledge including Morningstar Direct, eVestment, PNC Zephyr

  • Minimum five years of experience in the financial services industry required

  • Performance analysis experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required
