Overview of the Role

You are passionate about data-driven email marketing and its impact on the customer experience. You understand the sales process to ensure email programs are aligned to drive client engagement and accelerate the client journey. You are a Pardot and Salesforce.com power user and have created custom reports to track activities through the full sales funnel. You also have a passion for establishing scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of Pardot including: multi-touch trigger campaigns, creating and designing email templates, reporting and inbound/outbound notifications for sales and marketing

  • Execute email marketing campaigns, analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation and management

  • Create and run segmented lists based on client personas, digital behavior and demographic data. Utilize information to construct informed email marketing campaigns.

  • Recommend, create and handle lead scoring categories according to business goals and in alignment with distribution

  • Manage the North America Intermediary Pardot Preference Center and overall subscription strategy

  • Build Pardot and Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

  • Partner with the Marketing Technology Team to evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve Pardot performance

  • Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc.

  • Create standardized templates and other assets for ease of campaign management

  • Perform ongoing best practice and industry research to identify new alternatives or solutions to existing processes

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Pardot Certification

  • 3+ years admin experience with Pardot

  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Email copywriting and design skills

  • Authority in creating multi-channel campaigns

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy

  • Knowledge of Dreamweaver and Atom, preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
