Your opportunity
Collaborate with primary stakeholders in Corporate Accounting and Business Finance functions to understand and address their challenges with respect to IT
Work with finance system analysts, solution architects, technical teams, and software vendors to improve business processes and IT solutions in the dynamic Accounting and Treasury technology landscape
Support existing solutions while we are implementing transformation change, transitioning from a narrowly focused SAP ECC solution with many ancillary systems to a rationalized technology landscape centered around SAP S/4 HANA
Help manage change initiatives
Work within the established change framework to ensure appropriate prioritization of work
Facilitate development of the business process super-user program and assist with training approaches for end users
Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
5+ years of SAP FICO experience, demonstrating expert level skill in using SAP accounting functionality in both ECC and S/4
7+ years of accounting experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience writing relevant documents and artifacts such as process flows / descriptions, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and quick reference job aids
Familiarity with internal SAP integrations / dependencies between modules
Strong analytical skill, particularly with respect to translating business needs into operational and application requirements
Excellent attention to detail
Nice to have skills
Financial services sector experience
Experience with additional SAP components (Concur, BPC) and accounting related systems used in the financial services sector (Cadency, Blackline, Revport)
Experience with inbound and outbound interfaces between SAP and ancillary systems
Experience working on a global team and with partners across the world

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted until February 14, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
