Your opportunity
As the Atlassian Administrator, you will work closely with business partners, vendors, IT Product Owners, other Business Analysts, and IT Developers to define and deliver effective business and systems solutions for our Atlassian suite. You will be an integral member of the SDLC team, working to mature the tools and practices used by development teams across the entire IT organization.
Own ongoing support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions, and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required
Interact directly with the product owner to identify pain points, opportunities, and design systems solutions. Including but not limited to the gathering and documenting of requirements
Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications
Actively manage the full solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with IT developers, vendors, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
Provide ongoing change management including training and documentation updates
Deeply understand and champion Janus Henderson defined SDLC and act as change agent in driving standard methodologies and accurate tool usage across all technology delivery teams
Architect solutions which support a unified configuration that is simple, limits customizations, and is flexible yet sustainable
Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills
Atlassian Cloud Administrator Certified and experienced power user within Atlassian products and integrations with other applications
Solid grasp of Atlassian cloud product suite and applications including previous experience developing custom Atlassian solutions and integrations
Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations
Robust understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development, including experience honing the Software Development Life Cycle
Outstanding written, verbal communication and collaboration skills with good interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently while operating within an Agile/Scrum framework
Nice to have skills
Demonstrated ability to lead through change in achieving tactical and strategic objectives

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
